Sussex Corner Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

A 67-year old Sussex Corner man appeared in Saint John Provincial Court Tuesday to be charged for possessing and distributing images of child sexual abuse.

The New Brunswick RCMP's Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit, executed a search warrant on June 8 at a residence in Sussex Corner. A man was arrested at that time and a series of electronic devices were seized, according to Cpl. Jullie Rogers-Marsh.

Milton Wayne Taylor appeared in Saint John Provincial Court on Tuesday and was charged with making child pornography available, possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography. Taylor is scheduled to appear in court again on November 16.

The New Brunswick ICE unit includes members from the Saint John Police Force and the Kennebecasis Regional Police Force, along with the RCMP's Technological Crime Unit and Sussex RCMP members.
