State troopers conducted a bail check Friday night on 24-year-old Cameron McNally of Stacyville, according to Sgt. Brian Harris the Maine State Police.  Trooper Tim Saucier and Trooper Carmen Lilley found three juveniles at the residence had been drinking alcohol.

Spencer Anderson, age 19, of Patten, Nathen Cyr, age 19, of Patten and Patrick Knowles, age 19, of Sherman were all summonsed for underage drinking.

State Police arrested McNally Friday night for allowing minors to consume and possess alcohol and for violation of his bail conditions.

McNally is on bail from charges related to an accident February 8 on the Benedicta Road in Sherman. The driver in that crash was an 18-year-old from Houlton.  McNally was charged at that time with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol.

Under Maine law, any person who allows a minor to possess or consume liquor at any place under that person's control, may be fined $2,000 and sentenced up to one year in jail.
