First 50 Cent. Now, Snoop Dogg.

The Doggfather was celebrated by the San Diego Padres prior to yesterday's (June 8) home game against the Atlanta Braves. Snoop was chosen to throw out the first pitch--and let's just say, he's clearly better behind a microphone than he is on the mound.

The D-O-Double G took to the mound, steadied his eye, wound up--and threw a pitch that was wild to say the least. It flew way outside, past the catcher at home. Snoop didn't seem all that bothered by his wack arm, the hip-hop legend laughed at his pitch and was clearly having fun.

Two years ago, 50 Cent threw what some called the "worst first pitch ever" at a May Mets home game. Back in April, Warren G butchered "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" at a Cubs game. The Wrigley Field crowd booed the G-Funk maestro, who later tweeted that he still "loved Chi-town!" And at least his first pitch wasn't as disastrous as those of his fellow rap notables.

As for Snoop, he's got other things on his plate currently besides botched pitches. He's revealed the album title for his forthcoming project, and he also debuted a new track on Jimmy Kimmel Live! called “Fireworks.” He's also set to start The High Road Tour with Wiz Khalifa next month. The tour will kick off July 20 in West Palm Beach, Fla., and hit 33 cities; with other featured acts including Kevin Gates, Casey Veggies and Jhene Aiko.
