Schenck Wolverines vs. Easton Bears

The Schenck Wolverines kept up a furious pace in their quarterfinal contest with the Easton Bears, coming away with a 69-52 win Monday afternoon in Bangor.

Sophomore Tyrone Davis led the Wolverines with 33 points -- including 21 points in the first half -- in his tournament debut at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

Sophomore Isaac Adams scored seven points for Schenck. Juniors Colby Hannan and Andrew Goulas each added six points.

The No. 4 seed Wolverines improve to 12-7. Schenck will face No. 1 Woodland (17-1) in the regional semifinal at 3:35 p.m. on Thurs., Feb. 21 at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

The No. 5 Easton Bears had nine players in the scoring column. Isaac Currier led the Bears with 13 points. Matthew Pangburn and Camden Michaud each had nine points. Austin Carver had eight points.

Easton finishes the season at 11-8.
