Saint John Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Kent County [UPDATE]

A 33-year-old Saint John man was killed Tuesday evening in a motorcycle crash in Saint-Charles, New Brunswick.

The crash occurred at around 8:45 p.m. when the man’s motorcycle went off the St. Charles Sud Road and struck a culvert, according to RCMP Cpl. Mathieu Roy of the Richibucto Detachment.  The driver passed away at the scene as a result of his injuries.

RCMP have identified the victim as Ronald "Ronny" Daigle. The funeral service for Daigle will be held at Brenan’s Bay View Chapel in Saint John on Saturday, at 10:00 AM.

The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
