Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is the subject of a big feature in next month’s issue of Empire Magazine, which means we can expect to learn a whole lot more about the making of Lucasfilm’s new spinoff in the coming weeks. Until then, you can get a new look at Felicity Jones’ Jyn Erso and her team of merry rebel misfits on the cover of the forthcoming issue, which also offers another peek at K-2SO.

Voiced by Alan Tudyk, K-2SO (or Kaytoo) is a seven-foot-tall droid that served the Empire before he was reprogrammed by Diego Luna’s Rebel captain Cassian Andor. It’s one of the very few official photos of Kaytoo, who has also been glimpsed in recent trailers. The cover also features Jones’ Jyn Erso, Riz Ahmed’s Rebel pilot Bodhi Rook, Donnie Yen’s blind warrior Chirrut Imwe and Jiang Wen as Baze Malbus:

As Empire notes, an alternate cover is set to be revealed tomorrow, with a subscriber-exclusive version dropping next Monday.

Directed by Gareth Edwards, Rogue One takes place shortly before the events of A New Hope and centers on a group of rebels who band together to steal the plans to the Death Star. There have been numerous reports and rumors about reshoots for the film, some of which will hopefully be addressed in the new issue of Empire.

The new Star Wars anthology film also stars Ben Mendelsohn as the villainous Director Orson Krennic, Mads Mikkelsen as Jyn’s father Galen Erso and Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrera (a character who originally appeared on The Clone Wars). Rogue One hits theaters on December 16.
