The event will include antique cars, competitions, raffles, a barbeque, a bake sale, oldies music, a chance to win a 1-hour charter aboard Molly the Trolley, and “Crush a Cruiser”.  Admission to the car show is free.

The “Crush a Cruiser” event starts with an opportunity to whack a decommissioned police cruiser.  Participants get 5 whacks with a sledgehammer for $5.  Following the sledgehammer portion, an auction will be held for 4-wheel drive owners to bid on a chance to be the first to drive over the top of the cruiser and have their photo taken.

Other competitions include a loud exhaust competition (with car, truck and bike categories) and a burn-out competition.  Each of the events will have a $5 entry fee.

Registration for owners of antique cars who wish to enter the show will be from 9:00  to 10:00 a.m. on site and the show will run from 10 to 2.

Proceeds will benefit the Presque Isle Historical Society’s Maysville Museum project.
