Emera Maine line clearance crews will be doing maintenance on the Presque Isle bike path on May 16 and 17 to clear trees and tree limbs along the path. They will be clearing overgrown tree branches away from lighting fixtures in an effort to keep the path safe and enjoyable for pedestrians, cyclists, and other users. 

On Monday, May 16, crews will focus their work between University Street and State Street. On Tuesday, May 17 they will clear trees and branches away from the path between State Street and North Street. Work will begin around 7:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:00 p.m. each day. The path will be closed to all traffic during these times to allow the work to be completed safely.
