The first season of AMC’s Preacher essentially blew itself up to start over, but boy, if Season 2 doesn’t just look fun. Well, minus the whole immortal-cowboy-killing-machine thing. See for yourself why both Preacher and Mickey look so fine with a new trailer!

Set to the tune of Toni Basil’s “Mickey,” the new Preacher Season 2 trailer gives considerable spotlight to Graham McTavish’s Saint of Killers in his relentless pursuit of Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy as they road trip across the country. The show’s kinetic visual style is also in full swing, with plenty of intense action sequences, and even some ‘70s grain:

Set for a Sunday, June 25 premiere, so reads the Preacher Season 2 synopsis:

The expanded second season, consisting of 13 episodes, is a genre-bending thrill ride that follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Academy Award nominee Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.

Joining the cast of Preacher Season 2 in unidentified roles are Game of Thrones alum Noah Taylor, Star Wars: The Force Awakens star Pip Torrens, and Fargo alum Julie Ann Emery as series regulars. Recurring roles will include Timeless star Malcolm Barrett, Homeland alum Ronald Guttman, and Justin Prentice.
