Police Search For Missing Campbellton, N.B. Man

The Northeast District RCMP is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 59-year-old man from Campbellton, New Brunswick who disappeared during a snowstorm last week.

Lawrence Caissie was last seen at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Thursday, January 4. He was reported missing to police the following day, according to Constable Jessica Lavoie. RCMP have been following up on leads but so far have not been able to locate him.

Caissie has health issues and police and his family are concerned for his well-being. He is described as 5'4", about 160 lbs, with mid-length dark brown hair, brown eyes, a brown and grey beard and mustache.

Police believe he may be attempting to travel to Hamilton, Ontario.
