Stephen Legacy was reported missing to police on October 8, according to Sgt. Benoit Jolette of the Bathurst Detachment. He was last seen on September 6, after leaving his apartment in Petit-Rocher-Ouest of his own accord.

Police and family members have been making efforts to locate him through friends and known acquaintances, but so far have been unable to do so, and want to confirm his well-being.

Legacy is about 5'8" and weighs about 150 pounds, police say. He has graying, thinning hair, brown eyes, and is missing some front teeth.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Bathurst RCMP at (506) 548-7771.
