A little over five years ago, groundbreaking was taking place for a new Primary care health center in friendly Fort Fairfield.

Since this time, the health center, known as Kimball Community Health Center, has played a key role in healthcare stability for the community.

"The health center was named after Dr. Herrick Kimball, to recognize his guidance and development of Fort Fairfield’s Community General Hospital back in the late 40’s.” said Libby Gardner, RN and Practice Manager at Kimball Community Health Center. “I was once told that Dr. Kimball continuously went above and beyond his duties of a physician, he was a true leader. His vision of healthcare is much like our philosophy here at Pines, which is to always provide the highest quality of care, ultimately improving the lives of those we serve."

"Primary care is a piece of heath care that considers the whole person from a physical and behavioral health perspective," said Lisa Caron, Chief Operating Officer at Pines Health Services.  "At Kimball, our patients are able to receive a multitude of services all under one roof."
