Photos Released in Theft of ATM in Moncton [UPDATE]

The RCMP has released surveillance photos of one suspect and the alleged vehicle involved in the theft of an automated teller machine this week from a Moncton restaurant.

Shortly after 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, Codiac RCMP members were dispatched to 1999 Mountain Road after reports of suspicious activity. At the scene, officers determined that three individuals had used a pickup truck to remove an ATM from the restaurant property.

The three suspects then took off down Gorge Road with the machine and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say the truck was possibly a Chevrolet Silverado from the early 2000 model years.
