Pennfield Woman Seriously Injured in Alleged Domestic Assault
The RCMP is investigating an assault in Pennfield, New Brunswick early Friday that left a woman seriously injured. This story has been updated HERE

Shortly after 12;30 a.m., St. George RCMP responded to a call regarding a possible assault at a home in Pennfield, according to Sgt. Chris Henderson
When police arrived, they found a woman in her late 50's with serious injuries. The woman was taken to hospital. A man in his 60's in the home was arrested and is in custody.
Members from the St. George Detachment and the West District RCMP Crime Reduction Unit are investigating the alleged assault.
