NikeLab Teams Up With Gyakusou for 2016 Holiday Collection

Nike and Jun Takahashi's first partnership came about six years ago. Since then, both entities have continued to redefine running wear with their innovative collab collections. Each NikeLab Gyakusou collection builds upon the last, blending leading Nike innovation with Takahashi’s creativity.

The Holiday 2016 NikeLab Gyakusou collection is built to help runners maintain their strides during the dark, wet and cold days of winter. It features innovative Nike technologies, such as AeroReact and Aeroloft, and introduces a new element, the Quickburst zipper construction for the first time in Nike's apparel. The collection also reflects Nike’s approach to fast-forward designing, as select items are created to be easily packed to not disrupt the runner’s flow. Takahashi’s signature aesthetic, highlighted by an unexpected blend of colors, is present all throughout the holiday collection.

This line will be compromised of a NikeLab Gyakusou Track Jacket, NikeLab Gyakusou Track Pants, NikeLab Gyakusou Packable Jacket, NikeLab Gyakusou Zipoff Aeroloft Jacket, NikeLab Gyakusou AeroReact ½ Zip Hoodie, NikeLab Gyakusou Dri-FIT Tee, NikeLab Gyakusou Dri-FIT Utility Tights, NikeLab Gyakusou FlyVent Shorts, NikeLab Gyakusou Dri-FIT Power Speed Tights and a NikeLab Gyakusou LunarEpic Flyknit Shield.

The 2016 Holiday NIkeLab x Gyakusou collection will be available starting Thursday, Nov. 10, at select NikeLab retailers and at nike.com.
