Nicki Minaj's brother is facing divorce in the midst of his rape case.

Jelani Maraj's wife of nearly one year, Jacqueline Robinson, reportedly wants out of the marriage as he's fighting felony rape charges.

The rapper's brother was hit with the papers on Aug. 18, just a few days short of his first wedding anniversary, according to the Daily Mail. The divorce is filed as “Uncontested Matrimonial,” which means the separation was probably agreed upon by both sides.

Last December, Maraj was charged with felony rape charges, including first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and predatory sexual assault in Nassau County, New York. He faces 15 years to life in prison if he is convicted.

Robinson has not publicly commented on the rape charges Maraj is facing. Maraj is due in court in September for a conference in the case. He aruges that the alleged victim confused him for a different man.
