Nick Cannon is on the mend following his hospitalization for lupus during the Christmas holiday. On Wednesday (Dec. 28), the 36-year-old rapper-actor went on his Instagram page to give his fans an update on his health.

In the video above, Cannon appears to be in good spirits and is preparing himself to leave the hospital. The Wild 'N Out host tells his fans that he’s healthy and alive, but importantly, he’s grateful for his followers.

“Thank you for all the love, care and prayers,” he wrote in the video’s caption. “Lets Go!! We are all Ncredible!!! "You Only Got a Moment... So live it like You Own it!"

While in the hospital, Cannon got a special visit from two comedic giants - Dick Gregory and Kevin Hart. Gregory has been a mentor for Cannon during his early years as a comedian, himself. Hart has been a dear friend to Cannon who he has jokingly roasted on social media.

"Man, so many loving strong vibrations came to visit me in the hospital today!" he wrote on IG. "Thank you to EVERYONE for all the gifts, messages, comments, the time, the love and the prayers... I'm getting there!!! And once I'm back... it's about to be #Ncredible."

Cannon has been battling lupus for several years, but only revealed the news to fans in 2012. We are glad that he's back on his feet. We have certainly lost way too many stars in 2016 due to health issues.

Get well Nick Cannon!
