Gray Television, Inc., based in Atlanta has finalized the purchase of WAGM-TV from NEPSK, Inc. for $10.25 million, according to a report from WAGM-TV.  The sale, which was announced in April, was completed on Wednesday, July 1.

WAGM television originally signed on the air in October 1956, broadcasting to central Aroostook County. The station has changed hands a few times since then.  Peter and Carole Kozloski have owned and operated the station since the mid-1980's under the NEPSK name.

Gray owns and operates 76 television stations and digital assets in 44 markets throughout the United States.  The new owners say they will retain current employees and continue to develop the station.
