Motorcyclist Dies In Off-Road Crash in Southern Maine

WESTBROOK, Maine (AP) — Police say they are investigating the death of a 44-year-old Maine motorcyclist who veered off a Westbrook road.

The Portland Press Herald reports that the crash took place Sunday night on Duck Pond Road.

Police have not yet released the motorcyclist's name, and said he was not wearing a helmet.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident, and emergency responders declared the man dead at the scene.
