The Presque Isle Police Department responded to a report of a man having a gun at a business on Main Street at 12:05AM Sunday.

The Police Department responded to Bou's Brew Pub where the staff of the pub had detained a man until police arrived on the scene. Staff members had also taken a loaded firearm from the man.

Subsequently, 32 year old Wayne Boulier of Presque Isle was arrested without incident by Sgt. Eric Erickson and Cpl. Wayne Selfridge with the assistance of Maine State Police Troopers Flynn and Casavant.

Boulier was arrested and faces multiple charges including possessing a firearm in a liquor establishment, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, violating condition of release, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a usable amount of marijuana, unlawful possession of scheduled Z drug as well as an outstanding arrest warrant.

Boulier was unable to make bail.
