Man Killed In Beaconsfield, New Brunswick Crash

A single vehicle crash on late Saturday afternoon has claimed the life of a 45-year-old man from Woodstock, New Brunswick. 

Cpl. Jonathan Holmes from the Perth-Andover Detachment of the West District RCMP says the RCMP in Perth-Andover received a report of the crash shortly after 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

It is believed that the car left the road and overturned on the Trans-Canada Highway 2 in Beaconsfield, near Perth-Andover.

The driver and lone occupant of the car, passed away at the scene as a result of his injuries.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is continuing. His name has not been released.
