A man has been arrested in Louisiana for his reported connections in the murders of Toya Wright's two brothers last year.

According to The Times-Picayune, the man in question is identified as Antoine Edwards, who is also known as “Tweezy.” He was arrested in the 7th ward and charged with second degree murder.

The site also reports that Edwards was supposedly bragging about the initial shooting. Authorities eventually received a tip-off about him allegedly committing the crime, leading to his arrest. Wright, who has been grieving the terrible loss since July, spoke out about the arrest to TMZ, saying she's relieved to hear the news.

“All we want is justice for my brothers," she said. "We thank everyone for their prayers and support.”

The two late brothers of Wright were also Lil Wayne's brothers-in-law, as him and Wright were married back in 2004, before getting divorced in 2006. The former couple also share an 18-year-old daughter named Reginae, who is the God child of Cash Money CEO, Birdman. Now that an arrest has been made, hopefully Wright and her family can get some real answers behind the tragic deaths of her two brothers.
