Maine’s four newest police dogs and their handlers graduated from the State Police K9 Patrol School Friday. 

The canine teams had 14 weeks of training at the school, located on the grounds of the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in Vassalboro. 
The graduation took place on the parade grounds of the academy and the teams showed off their new skills following the ceremonies.
 
Here are the four teams that graduated on Friday (From L to R).
 
Officer Katie Thurlow & K9 Creed - South Portland Police.
Officer John Rogers & K9 Gunther - York Police.
Corporal Troy Hood & K9 Murphy – Maine Dept. of Corrections
Trooper G.J. Neagle & K9 Junior –State Police - Troop C
