Jan. 13 – During the latest snowstorm in Aroostook County, Trooper Lilley was driving north on Interstate 95 in his unmarked cruiser when he was passed by a vehicle from Massachusetts. Tr. Lilley stopped the driver who was later determined to have a suspended Massachusetts driver’s license. The driver was issued a traffic summons for imprudent speed and a criminal summons for operating without a license. There was a female passenger that had a valid license.

Jan. 14 – Cpl. Quint summonsed a woman for OAS after stopping her for an expired inspection sticker. The woman had placed ice and snow around the inspection sticker in hopes of concealing it but a portion of the silver, expired sticker was visible.

Jan. 15 – Tr. Endre stopped a motor vehicle for littering on Rt. 1 in Mars Hill and license check revealed the 23 year old male driver’s license status was suspended. Tr. Endre summonsed the operator for OAS.

Jan. 13 – Tr. Darcy investigated an unattended death of a 68 year old male in Oakfield. Nothing was suspicious about the death and the doctor signed the death certificate. Tr. Bell assisted at the scene.

Jan. 15 – Tr. Darcy charged a 26-year-old Patten man with Class E Attaching False Plates as the result of a traffic stop in Patten.

Jan. 14 – Tr. Marquis investigated a 16-year-old out of control in St. Agatha. The boy called 911 and reported that if we didn’t get him out of there he was going to snap and hurt his grandmother. The boy gave the same warning to Tr. Marquis and he was voluntarily taken to NMMC for an evaluation.

Jan. 15 – Tr. Sylvia investigated a threatening complaint in Littleton where an employee at a local garage was threatened. The respondent, who lives in Monticello, was warned and served a harassment notice.

Jan. 15 – Tr. Saucier investigated a burglary in Oakfield. The residence was vacant and when the owner came to check up on it found a window smashed and several items missing from the basement. The case remains under investigation.

Jan. 16 – Tr. Saucier stopped two vehicles for speeding on Route 11 in Hersey. One of the drivers was OAS and had a warrant for failing to appear on a previous OAS. The 21-year-old Wallagrass man was arrested on the warrant and summonsed for the OAS.
