A few weeks after canceling a performance at the Netherland's Woo Hah! Festival due to health issues, Mac Miller has scratched another date off his itinerary, backing out of Ohio's PromoWest Fest for similar reasons.

The festival tweeted out Thursday (July 14) that Mac would regretfully be unable to perform, writing, "Malcolm has decided to take some time off in July to deal with personal health issues. He apologizes to his fans who were expecting to see him and promises to be back soon." Miller was scheduled to perform this Saturday.

Mac has dealt with exhaustion and fatigue in the past, postponing tour dates in Australia and New Zealand this past December so he could get proper rest. "After over 90 days on the road...I have to cancel New Zealand and Australia," he wrote then. "My body is exhausted, and I can not guarantee you guys an 100 percent performance...need to rest and get myself healthy. I am not cancelling, but postponing, you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be back soon."

While Mac has yet to provide any official comment on the nature of the health issues, it is nonetheless troubling to see him once again unable to perform at scheduled dates. Here's to hoping that an extended rest will do Mac good.

He's slated to headline the Fool's Gold Day Off in Los Angeles come September. May Mac have a speedy recovery and get back to his performance schedule all the better. Peep the above quoted tweets from PromoWest below. XXL reached out to Mac's team, but they declined to comment.
