Logic opened up about his battle with anxiety in a candid interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1.

"I was in the worst place, the most unhappy place in my life last year, because of my anxiety" admitted Logic. "I was going through the craziest anxiety. Bro, you don't understand. I made millions of dollars last year, and I was so unhappy, and that just goes to show that money does not make you happy. Success doesn't make you happy."

Later in the interview, the "Black Spiderman" lyricist echoed the sentiments of many artists— they love making music, doing shows and meeting fans but the business side of things takes a sizable toll.

"[Things] were becoming, like, you have to do this. I have to do this if I want to buy my house, if I want to keep my manager and the label happy," the rapper explained. "And then I said screw everybody else. I have to be happy first."

Elsewhere in the interview, the 27-year-old spoke about starting a family one day, despite having a tough childhood and growing up in a dysfunctional home.

"It's not going to happen until I have children, is understanding the balance," said Logic. "Because I've seen people who've come from a bad background and yet they made it out, then give their kids all the things they've never had, then their kids mess up and become drug addicts ... I think about having kids all the time, [but] having kids is freakin' weird."
