Gas prices around New England haven't shown much change over the last week.

The daily survey of gas outlets by GasBuddy.com show the average price of gasoline in Maine went down slightly to $2.82 a gallon. In Presque Isle Monday morning, most outlets were showing a price of $2.89 a gallon.

Gas in New Hampshire went down a penny in the past week to an average $2.77 a gallon while Vermont's average pump prices held steady from last week's $2.86 a gallon.

Across the country, the average price came in at $2.83 a gallon. That's a decline of 1.7 cents in the past month, but still stands 46.9 cents higher than at this time last year.
