Drake has also responded to Kid Cudi following the latter rapper's outburst on Twitter Wednesday afternoon.

During his September 14 Summer Sixteen Tour stop in Oakland, California, the "Too Good" artist playfully hit back at Cudi in the middle of his performance of O.T. Genasis's hit, "Cut It."

"Boy, you getting way too high / You need to 'Cud it," Drake joked, contrasting West's similar Kid Cudi-aimed performance speech with a little levity.

Hopefully the three talented hip hop stars can lay this beef to rest and drop a hot mixtape together instead. As Yeezy once pleaded with TIDAL: "Let the kids have the music!"

Kanye West has fired back at Kid Cudi after the rapper blasted him, and Drake, on Twitter on September 14 for not "[giving] a f--- about [him]."

During his Saint Pablo Tour stop in Tampa, Florida Wednesday night, the "Famous" rapper stopped in the middle of his performance of "I Don't Like" to address Cudi's public criticism directly.

"Kid Cudi, don't ever mention 'Ye name. I birthed you," the hip hop titan stated to the audience. "We all dealing with that emo s--- all the time — me, Pat, Don C. Don't ever mention 'Ye name. Don't try to say who I can do songs with. You mad 'cause I'm doing songs with Drake? Ain't nobody telling 'Ye who to do songs with! Respect the God!"

Yeezy added that he felt "disrespected" by Cudi's Twitter tirade, continuing, "You know how many people wish they could be signed to G.O.O.D. Music, get they life changed? Have that opportunity? Never forget that. I'm so hurt. I feel so disrespected. Kid Cudi, we're two black men in a racist world. I wore skinny jeans first. I got called names before you, bro."

West added that his successful efforts in the music industry should be seen as a template for other music artists: "Why y'all got to come at me? This ain't the end of the Malcolm X movie. I'm out here fighting for y'all: creatives, artists, independent thinkers. Don’t never mention my name in a bad manner. None of y’all!"

In 2008, the rapper signed Cudi to his label, G.O.O.D. Music, after hearing the "Day 'N' Nite" artist's mixtape. Cudi left the label in 2013.

On Wednesday, September 14, Kid Cudi posted a series of tweets slamming the hip hop industry for not supporting rising or independent artists, as well as specific rappers like West and Drake for "not f---in with [him]" after he stayed loyal to them.

"My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever," Cudi wrote. "These n---as don't give a f--- about me. And they aint f---in with me."
