The reclusive Jay Electronica caused some chaos at the 2016 Budweiser Made In America Festival in Philadelphia on Saturday (Sept. 3). The Roc Nation made a surprise appearance at the music extravaganza and told the crowd to rush the stage.

An eyewitness told that when Philly rapper Lil Uzi Vert, who had performed earlier in the day, walked by, he diverted attention from Jay Elect’s performance. The Associated Press reports that over a 1,000 people bumrushed the stage when Jay Elect encouraged the crowd to join him.

“If you ain’t scared, come up here...Yo, let’s try to collapse this mothafuckin’ stage. Let’s try to tear this bitch down,” he demanded. The “Exhibit C” rapper’s performance was briefly interrupted when security guards couldn’t control the crowd and the local police had to intervene. Luckily, no one got hurt and no arrests were made.

We still don’t have an album, but it’s good to see that Jay Electronica touching the people and rocking the mic.

Thankfully, fans didn't rushed the stage when Rihanna performed. The pop princess closed out the festival with a 90-minute show.
