The Boston Celtics came from 18 points down in the second half to beat the Toronto Raptors 109-104 at the Garden. Make it a five game winning streak for the C's.

Isaiah Thomas was again the fourth quarter king - he scored 19 of his 44 points in the comeback quarter.
