When Iggy Azalea signed to Def Jam in 2013, she apparently ended a working relationship with producer Jon Jon Traxx, who claims he helped her get started. Now he's suing her for terminating their 2013 contract without patching up all the loose ends.

TMZ reports that the producer is seeking $1.5 million from the Aussie MC. He claims he helped set up shows for her, got her a stylist, and introduced her to business executives, hence his sense of entitlement. He also says that once she got her record deal, she cut off all communication with the producer.

Iggy recently dropped her "Team" single after a hiatus from music, but she couldn't stay away from controversy for long. She recently went on a long Tweet spree explaining why "Becky" is a stereotype of white women.

“Generalizing ANY race by calling them one sterotypical name for said race. i personally dont think is very cool, the end.” Azalea wrote. “I don’t care. Don’t call all Asian women ‘Ming Lee.’ Don’t call white women ‘Becky.’ Don’t call black women ‘Sha Nay Nay.”

“And by the way, this is not Bey shade,” Azalea clarified. “I love her and the album. But my name is Iggy, and you will all call me that.”
