Husson’s Smith Named ECFC Player of Week

Husson Eagles junior running back John Smith is ECFC Player of the Week and why not with his performance in Friday night's win over Dean College.

Smith rushed 39 times, 280 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also caught two passes for a total of 305 all-purpose yards.

It was Smith's school record 18th 100-yard rushing game. The first player in school history to do it nine consecutive games. And, it is the fifth time Smith has rushed for 200-yards in a game.
