Husson’s Merrill Named Player Of The Week

Husson junior Lyndsay probably has a room full of player and pitcher of the week awards and has another that can be added to the collection.Merrill has been named the North Atlantic Conference Player of the Week after playing a key role in the Eagles posting a 5-1 record.

Merrill hit .500 with 7 rbi, 6 runs scored, 2 stolen bases and never struck out in the teams 6 games.

Merrill and the Eagles wrapped up the conference regular season with a 10-2 record and now wait to see if they will host the NAC tournament.
