Human Remains Found on Gagetown Island, N.B.
The West District RCMP is investigating after human remains were discovered Tuesday on Gagetown Island in the Saint John River.

The remains were found by a boater on the island in the Jemseg area around 2 p.m. Tuesday, according to S/Sgt. Ross Gorman. At this time, there is no indication of foul play.
RCMP say further tests will be conducted to determine the identity of the person and the cause of death. The investigation is continuing.
