Governors and Premiers Meet to Discuss Energy

The 37th New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers Conference brings together the governors of the six New England states and the premiers of Canada’s five eastern provinces.
They’re meeting to discuss energy policy and other matters of importance to the region. The province of New Brunswick has been pushing for a west-east pipeline to carry crude oil from Alberta to the Irving Oil refinery in Saint John, N.B.
