The State Fire Marshal's office says two people have been killed and four others injured in a house fire this morning in Boothbay. The four injured were taken to hospitals in Damariscotta and Portland. The fire on Pleasant Cove Road was reported just before 8 a.m.

The three-bedroom home was built in 1935 and is owned by Troy and Trina Lewis of Boothbay.

The two dead are both men. The occupants were renting the Cape Cod style home for the weekend. No names have been released. Four fire marshal investigators have been on the scene today.
