A fire Thursday night destroyed an auto body shop on Station Road in Sherman.

Auto Body Shop was Engulfed in Flames

Metal Work was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived on the scene around 6 pm.

No One Injured and Business Destroyed

No injuries were reported. The building was a complete loss.

Customer’s Vehicle Saved and Equipment Lost

Most of the customer’s vehicles were saved, but the equipment inside was damaged beyond repair in the fire.

Owners can not Rebuild

The owners said they are not able to rebuild the business. They said they did not have full insurance coverage, according to WABI News.

Fire Investigation Remains Open

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
