Fifth Harmony Are a Conflict Zone Color Guard in ‘That’s My Girl’ Video

If you thought your high school football team's color guard had a convincing halftime routine, Fifth Harmony's upped the ante in the video for their latest, "That's My Girl."

The third 7/27 single's official clip, released very early this morning (September 19), finds the ladies in a conflict zone, splitting time between helping locals to safety and cheering on their own resolve. Ally Brooke even plays crossing guard to a crowded intersection at one point, because where 5H is concerned, traffic simply will not fly.

"Destiny said it, you got to get up and get it / Get mad independent and don't you ever forget it / Got some dirt on your shoulder, then let me brush it off for ya / If you're feeling me, put your five high, that's my girl," Normani Kordei raps in what is decisively the group's most explicitly anthemic track yet. While the video seems like convincing proof 5H is on the same page, a recent 7/27 Tour hiccup has led to speculation that all is not well. On September 13, European fans were angry to learn the group had unexpectedly canceled a series of tour dates without offering any explanation. This was just days after Lauren Jauregui broke down on stage during a performance in Phoenix.
