Faith Evans might end up in court over her involvement in the Bad Boy Reunion Tour. That's because concert promoter Jeremy Hill is suing the singer for performing on the Diddy jaunt in the same week that she is set to perform at his show in the same vicinity.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Hill claims he booked Biggie's widow to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on Sept. 10, 2016. He also says he paid her a partial fee of $17,500 to lock in the date.

He claims he only later found out that Evans would be performing on the Bad Boy Reunion Tour which happens to be coming through the A two days prior to his event. That would be a breach of contract. According to Hill, he put a non-compete clause in the contract meaning Faith can't do any shows in a 100 mile radius in the six months leading up to the concert.

The suit alleges Faith's camp told Hill they were backing out of his show, causing him to take matters to the legal system. He is reportedly suing to stop Faith from performing in the Bad Boy show. He also wants a smooth $100,000 for his troubles.

The BBRT will kick off on Aug. 25 in Columbus, Ohio making 25 stops around the U.S before ending in Oakland, Calif on Oct. 8. The show will include, Ma$e, Faith, Carl Thomas, L.O.X., Lil’ Kim, 112, French Montana and more. Check out the full list of tour dates, here.
