Emera Maine Restoring Power to Millinocket-Medway Region after Isolated Storm

Emera Maine reports wires down and poles broken after an isolated thunderstorm with high winds came through East Millinocket-Millinocket-Medway region Monday.

Two thousand customers are affected and should see power back by 10 p.m. (ET) Tuesday.

Crews are working quickly and safely to restore service, providing there are no more outages caused by weather.

Emera Maine asks the public to use caution when approaching crews. Drivers are advised to slow down and change lanes if possible.
