UPDATE: An 87-year-old man from Beechwood, New Brunswick who was last seen Friday morning has been located.

Police say the man's vehicle had become stuck on a logging road near Glassville and was spotted by the RCMP in New Brunswick's Air Services shortly after 5 p.m. on Sunday. The man was transported to hospital for assessment, but was not injured.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance.

James Giberson was last seen at around 10:30 a.m. on August 26, 2016, driving his black, 2013 Hyundai Genesis in the Beechwood area but he has not returned home since.

James Giberson is described as being 5'9” tall and weighing about 180 lbs. He has gray hair and blue eyes, and wears glasses. He is known to drive around the Upper Kent, Beechwood and Florenceville areas.
