Fire departments from several communities rallied to help battle a blaze at the Millville, New Brunswick village hall and fire station early Monday morning.

An official with the Keswick Valley Fire Department said the call to Millville came in at approximately 3:30 a.m.  The building on the Howland Ridge Road was leveled in the blaze.  Woodstock Fire Chief Ricky Nicholson told the CBC that everything is gone, including the council chambers, the fire hall and all of its equipment.

The New Brunswick fire marshal was on the scene Monday morning to investigate the cause of the fire at the Millville Fire Department. The Keswick RCMP says at this point foul play has not been ruled out.

The fire comes exactly a week after a man crashed his truck into the Nackawic Town Hall and fire department, triggering a fire that damaged three fire trucks and caused extensive damage to the building.

We'll have more details on the Millville fire as they become available. If anyone has any information they are asked to call police or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at crimenb.ca or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
