Maine State Police report 46-year-old Paul St. Peter was traveling on the Marquis Road around 5:20 p.m. when he lost control of his car on the gravel road.

The 1998 Ford station wagon went off the opposite side of the road and rolled over several times before coming to rest upright in a field. Police said St. Peter sustained minor injuries that did not require treatment. The vehicle was totaled.

State Trooper Andrew Levesque and the Aroostook County Sheriff's Office responded to the accident.

Police said speed was not a factor in the crash and St. Peter was wearing his seat belt.
