Drake has some interesting features for his new Toronto mansion. The Globe and Mail reports that the Views rapper is behind plans of a prospective 21,000-square-foot mansion in the Bridle Path neighborhood of Toronto. Drake's team is currently applying for exemptions to zoning bylaws in an effort to build the home.

The mansion will include a 44-foot-by-94-foot basketball court and museum for Drake's jersey collection near the linen closet. That's just a small portion of Drake's luxurious proposal as the home is expected to have a gym, a pool and a hot tub which will located in front of a massive TV projection screen. A music and screening room, a spa and tub retreat with a massage room, and a bar next to chambers designated as "chilled champagne" and “chilled wine" are also part of the plans on file with the city of Toronto.

The designer of the mansion is Ferris Rafauli, who built Drake's Sher Club in the Air Canada Centre. The 4,000-square-foot space located in the home of the Toronto Raptors and Maple Leafs is a members-only club.

The current plans for the mansion are not in line with the city's bylaws though. The builders will have a meeting with the North York committee of adjustment on May 26 in an attempt to secure approval. The Globe and Mail reports that one of the issues to be worked out is the plan for a 34-meter-wide driveway, which far exceeds the nine meters allowed. The planned mansion also sees it as being 17-meters high, more than the 11-meters allowed at the intended location.
