Dish Network May Be Dropping Local Channels

Some viewers of WAGM-TV's CBS and Fox channels may be staring at a blank screen after 7:00 pm tonight (Tuesday).

The Presque Isle broadcast outlet has been negotiating with Dish Network to keep WAGM's CBS and Fox channels on Dish's programming lineup. As of this posting, the two sides have not reached a settlement.

WAGM-TV viewers were asked to log onto a website and voice their opinion and learn about choices they have should the satellite company pull the plug at the appointed hour. We'll keep you updated on this as it develops.

Viewers on Time Warner Cable and other local providers WILL NOT be affected by this.
