Diddy is on the road to recovery following his third surgery in the past year, posting a series of photos to Instagram Thursday night (Feb. 2) of himself in a hospital bed. He thanks French Montana for sending flowers and notes how he was once told that he'd never run again, a notion he's out to disprove.

"Thank you to My staff for being patient and riding with me the last two years and holding me down," he wrote. "Tomorrow's a new day. Step-by-step! Thank you to all my fans and friends ! Thank you for your prayers and support! I'm doing great. And I appreciate your concern. And a special shout out to everybody who's laid up in a hospital right now my prayers are with you you're not alone god bless and keep fighting! SAVE ME A DANCE! All LOVE!!!! IM DOING GREAT BY THE WAY!"

He as well thanks his sons for staying by his side over the past two years writing, "They have been more than sons they have been my support system. NOW LETS BALL!!!!!"

In August of last year, Diddy delayed his Bad Boy Reunion tour slightly to fully recover from shoulder surgery. As for returning to running, the music mogul famously ran the New York Marathon back in 2003. Check Diddy's four IG posts below, where he's all smiles after a successful operation.
