The Penobscot County Grand Jury indicted 26-year-old Zachary Faulkner on charges of unlawful trafficking of drugs, unlawful possession of drugs, and driving to endanger.

In May, State Police reported they found meth-making items in the trunk of Faulkner’s car after it went off Interstate 95 near the Aroostook County line in Sherman.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency was called in to investigate. Agents removed a number of items from the trunk that they said are commonly used in the “shake and bake” or “one pot” method of manufacturing methamphetamine.
