New Brunswick Crime Stoppers and the Northeast District RCMP are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a kidnapping and robbery earlier this year in Petit-Rocher-Ouest, just above Bathurst.

On the night of April 13, a masked man entered the Dépanneur 315 and demanded money from a female employee. After the woman gave him the cash from the register, the suspect forced her into her personal vehicle and drove her to a dirt road off Highway 11 where she was let out of the car.

The vehicle was recovered the next day in a parking lot in Beresford, New Brunswick. The suspect made off with approximately $500 in cash.
