Childbirth Preparation Class to be Held in Fort Kent
Are you expecting a baby and are not sure what to expect?
There will be a Childbirth Preparation Class on Saturday, July 25th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Northern Maine Medical Center Medical Library in Fort Kent.

The day long class is open to all expectant mothers and their partners.
The interactive class covers: what to expect during the third trimester, labor and delivery, pain management and relaxation techniques and newborn care and feeding. A tour of the birthing unit is also provided.
