Don't look now but the Boston Celtics are just one game out of first place in the NBA Eastern Conference. The Celtics win over Indiana 109-100 while the Cavs lose again.

The C's put together a 39 point third quarter against the Pacers last night.

Isaiah Thomas led the Celts with 25 points and four other players were in double digits.

Indiana got 37 from Paul George and 25 from Jeff Teague and that was it.

Boston is now 46-26 and with the Cleveland loss to Denver the Cavs are now 46-24.

Next up for the C's - Phoenix comes to the Garden Friday night.
